The process for printing an Intrastat record can be found in the Wizards menu of Intrastat receiving and dispatch documents.

The following criteria can be selected for the report:

Date from The date from which you would like to include Intrastat reports.
Date to The date to which you would like to include Intrastat reports.
Type of Document (R21) Select a type of document if you would like to limit the report to particular type of document from section 21 of the Intrastat report.
  • I - Original form
  • N - Replacement form
  • B - Delete previous
  • 0 - Zero report

If no type is selected here, the report will include all forms, regardless of the type specified in section 21.
Status Select an internal document status would like to limit the report to a particular internal document status.
  • 1 - New entry. 
  • 2 - Entry correction. 
  • 3 - Delete document. 
  • 4 - Zero report.
  • 8 - Sent. 
  • 9 - Received. 

If no status is selected here, the report will include all forms, regardless of their status (for all statuses).
Type Select a type of Intrastat report:
  • 1 - Intrastat arrivals
  • 2 - Intrastat dispatches

If no report type is selected here, the report will include all forms, regardless of their type (for all types).
Internal document Enter an internal document number (receiving or issue document) if you would like to check if and how it was included in an Intrastat report.
Customs tarriff Select a customs tariff if you would like to limit the report to a single customs tarriff. Select a customs tariff from the Customs Tariffs register.

Once you’ve entered criteria, click the Run button. The program will create a report of Intrastat reports that meet the criteria specified in the Intrastat Record window. The report contains the following information:

  • The number of the Intrastat document
  • The number of the Intrastat document line
  • The date of the Intrastat document
  • The type (1 - Intrastat arrivals, 2 - Intrastat dispatches)
  • The country (from section 8 of the Intrastat report)
  • The customs tariff (from section 13 of the Intrastat report)
  • The internal status of the Intrastat report (see above)
  • The status of the Intrastat report (from section 21 of the Intrastat report)
  • The net weight (from section 16 of the Intrastat report)
  • The quantity (from section 17 of the Intrastat report)
  • The value of the report line in a foreign currency
  • The foreign currency in which the value is shown
  • The exchange rate for converting the foreign currency value to the domestic currency
  • The invoiced value (from section 18 of the Intrastat report)
  • The statistical value (from section 19 of the Intrastat report)

Amounts are rounded as in the report and the export file.
The quantitiy, net weight and invoiced and statistical value are also summarized.
