Export of vaccinations to the Central Register of Pets

CRHŽ is a web application that allows for the management of records of animals, their owners, and ownership, as well as monitoring whether dog owners have vaccinated their dogs within the prescribed period. Program PANTHEON VET enables the export of data on dog vaccinations.

The functionality is located in the menu  Veterinary | Codes |​ Code of owners and animals, by clicking the button Import/Export data in the toolbar.

Below, we have prepared a user case for you on exporting vaccinations from the program.

CASE DESCRIPTION The responsible person wants to export data on vaccinations with the VANGUARD A1 vaccine for the year 2021. They do this by following these steps: Code of owners and animals Export of vaccinations Obtain data Export data

1. Code of owners and animals

The responsible person wants to access the vaccination export window.

For this purpose, they select the menu Veterinary | Codes | Code of owners and animals.

The first entry in the code list opens.

They proceed to open the vaccination data export window.

2. Export of vaccinations

In the toolbar, they click the button  (Import/Export data). 

Several options for functionality selection are displayed.

 In our case, they select: 5000003 - Export of vaccinations to the Central Register of Pets.

The window Export of vaccinationsopens.

3. Obtain data

The responsible person enters the period for which they want to make the export.

In the field Date from they select: 1.1.2021 and in the field Date to: 31.12.2021.

The field Ident is intended for filtering the display of data by the desired ident. In our case, the person is interested in vaccination with the VANGUARD A1 vaccine, which they appropriately select in this field.

They can also adjust the output by selecting other display criteria and for different Types of documents.

In our case, they leave all Types of documentsautomatically selected.

To display the data, they click the button Obtain data.

In the lower part of the window, data on vaccinations with the VANGUARD A1 vaccine for the period from 1.1. to 31.12.2021 is displayed.

They proceed to export the data.

4. Export data

When they click the button Obtain data the button Export datais activated.

WARNING For correct export of vaccinations and without errors, certain settings described in the chapter Export of vaccinationsare required.

The collected data is exported by the program to a file, the path of which the responsible person can set freely in the field File path.

To export, they click the button Export data.

The program displays an informational window that the export was successfully completed.

They close the window by clicking the button Confirm. 

The file is ready for export to the Central Register of Pets.
