| Name |
Enter or select a name of the item. Clicking + in front of the name opens a widnow giving additional description of specification line. If so, the icon is greyed out and in bold type. |
| Note
|
Enter any additional text giving a short description of the line in specification. |
| Quantity
|
Enter quantity of item in manufacturing specification. |
| Batch |
Displays number of units in production batch. |
| Formula
|
Enter or select a formula in order to calculate quantity of work required for manufacturing a certain amount of product. |
| Volume |
Enter or select number of units in specification expressed in unit of measurement set. Here the amount of volume is set ranging from 1 to 1,000,000 units. |
| U/M |
Displays unit of measurement used with item. Here can be found main unit of measurement which is set as primary, a secondary unit of measurement set as collective unit of measurement and customs unit of measurement set as tertiary. Set units of measurement in the Items register. |
| Scrap |
Displays quantity of scrap per unit of item. |
| Scrap % |
Displays calculated scrap (expressed in %) per unit of item. This data can also be changed.. |
| Scrap ID |
Displays scrap ID for individual line. |
| Waste |
Displays quantity of waste of batch expressed in main unit of measurement. As distinct from scrap waste does not occur as material residue during manufacturing process. Or better is not recorded as such. |
| Waste % |
Enter % of waste of the quantity required. |
| Active |
If checked, shows that a line is active and you are able to create report of work documentation. |
| Finished |
If checked, shows that transactions were finished. That is, the quantities were issued to WO in entirety. |
| Line item analytic |
Line item analytic is visual presentation of material processing.
|
| Stock |
Displays available stock of item at warehouse as set in stock overview for document type of manufacturing. Here is displayed amount of stock less the allocated quantity of item in warehouses. For sake of data transparency they are colored differently. In case of stock lower or equal 0 they are displayed in red, otherwise in blue.
It has to be noted that if the stock is coloured blue in any line this does not mean it is sufficient since it can be used up elsewhere (requirements of other lines or WO). Stock is displayed in the corresponding unit of measurement. |
| Alloc. Qty |
Displays allocated quantity of item. The quantity is constantly updated expressed in the unit of measurement set. |
| Alloc. Scrap |
Displays allocated quantity of scrap. The quantity is contstantly updated expressed in the unit of measurement set. |
| Alloc. Waste |
Displays allocated quantity of waste. The quantity is contstantly updated expressed in the unit of measurement set. |
