Manufacturing Specification
Specification tab in WO Work Preparation panel enables you to view lines in manufacturing specification. The latter is basically a copy of product specification. Regardless of this you can change lines using additional functions in wizards menu or those available in tabs:
- Materials panel (for material lines); and
- Operations panel (for lines in operations).

Lines in Manufacturing Specification

Displays alternate lines of the parent manufacturing specification. |

Displays number of line of specification in the parent manufacturing specification. |
| Item |
Displays an item in manufacturing specification. |
| Description |
Displays a name of item in manufacturing specification. |
| Note |
Enter note to the manufacturing specification. |
| Batch |
Displays number of production batch. |
| U/M |
Displays unit of measurement used with the item. |
| Start |
Enter or select date and time when the operation started. It can be found in scheduled data when releasing work orders or changing data when editing operation in manufacturing specification. |
| End |
Enter or select date and time when the operation ended. It can be found in scheduled data when releasing work orders or changing data when editing operation in manufacturing specification. |
| Active |
If checked, shows that a line is active and you are able to create report of work documentation. |
| Finished |
If checked, shows that transactions were finished. That is, the quantities were issued to WO in entirety. |
| Item Type |
Displays item type. |
| Prim. Categ. |
Displays an ID of primary category of item. |
| Sec. Category |
Displays an ID of secondary category of item. |
| Volume |
Enter or select number of units in specification expressed in unit of measurement set. Here the amount of volume is set ranging from 1 to 1,000,000 units. |
