Design

Workflow designer enables you to add elements to a diagram, create transitions between them and change their visual appearances and allows you to validate a workflow.

The form can be accessed from the menu Settings | Documentation | Workflow Design.

Contents

  1. Workflow Design elements (blocks) 
  2. Design toolbar
  3. Grid – Working area for creating and working with workflow blocks, elements and whole workflows.
  4. Block properties – This sub window shows all the properties of a selected element: size, alignment, color, etc. You can also change block properties here.

 

WARNING

Once a workflow is executed, it cannot be deleted any more because references have already been created.
