CASE DESCRIPTION

In the shelter, the responsible person, for preparing monthly invoices to the municipality, wants to check the current status of billed services for the cat Nala. They do this by following these steps: 

  1. Searching for the animal
  2. Opening the Invoices tab

1. Searching for the animal

The responsible person first looks up the code for the cat. 

A detailed procedure for searching for an animal is described in the chapter Searching for an owner or animal in the code list.

2. Opening the Invoices tab

The responsible person clicks to select the code for the cat Nala.

Then they click on the tab Shelter and select the sub-tab Invoices, where all documents that have already been invoiced are visible.
