Overview of tasks in To-do

Tasks in PANTHEON are used for managing the lists of tasks for users. Tasks are created as part of a workflow (business process) or individually. Different task statuses allow the user to see a list of what the user still needs to do or what tasks have already been completed. Below is an example of how a user can use and gain an overview of tasks.

CASE SUMMARY
Tecta has workflows in place that automatically schedule regular tasks for the user. When Ashley Accountant, Head of Finance and Accounting at Tecta, logs in to PANTHEON, she sees the window To-do with various tasks. To help her organize her working day, she first reviews the list of tasks. She can choose between two views:
-
Tabular view
-
Calendar view
|
1. Tabular view
The tabular view allows the person responsible to see the tasks in a form of a table. This way, the data is structured and the person responsible can find the information they need more quickly.
The person responsible can activate the Tab view by clicking the option Tab view in the toolbar.

2. Calendar view
Because the person responsible has already announced their absence, the person responsible wants to check the scheduled tasks in the calendar view. This way, the person responsible can see whether the task assigned to the person responsible can be carried out by them or whether the person responsible will need to transfer the task to the colleague who is covering for the person responsible during their absence.
The person responsible can switch to the calendar view by clicking the option Calendar view in the toolbar.
