Artificial Insemination
Artificial Insemination is the fertilization of a female animal with the semen of a male, which can be performed as a service for livestock, as a veterinary service, or as a zootechnical task. Only the semen of selected males, chosen for the purpose of artificial insemination and having a valid zootechnical document recognizing the male and a completed test on offspring in accordance with the breeding program, is used for artificial insemination.
