By sorting program first takes into account specific form of printout (department), after that sorting by chosen criteria.
The same stands for all users printout that are sorted only by departments. Sort by can be written as Q1.acDept or acDept, at the end can also be asc for sorting by increasing sequence, which is already default. Department field must not be written in numbers.
For Sorting in criteria you can also write
(select P.acDept from tHR_Prsn P where P.acRegNo = Q1.acRegNo)
This is possible only for increasing data sequence, because within the criteria we always choose increasing sequence.

Active only
|
Report can be made only for active Employees.
|
Residence Type
|
Form a selected table, we select a type of residence that employees have entered in Employment Files in General.

Residence From / To
|
We can limit the report when a specific residence started or ended.
|
Overtime Work
|
We limit the report based on if an employee can work overtime.
|
Employment Type
|
We can limit the report based on the employment type entered in Employment record.

Custom Fields
|

- Custom Field: We can choose custom fields, which is already open in Administration Panel | Salary | Custom Fields.
- Value From/To: We can set a value from/to for the custom field.

|
Report can be made according to the date of start of Employment in the Firm.

|
Report can be made according to the date of ending of Temporary work.

|
Date when Employee will end working for the firm.

Report can me made for Employees that have come to the Firm last.

|
We can limit the report based on the employment reason.

Date of Birth from/to
|
If we would like to printout card for birthday for Employee, we can do it in two ways. First, we can set the period for program to consider. If we do not set the period the program, will printout the cards for all Employees that have birthday in current year.
We can also choose this option when we would like to make a report, which Employees have birthday in specific period.

Residence permit from/to
|
This option allows us to set additional criteria for making the report about other data of Foreigners. This way we can make a report which residence permits for Employees will expire in the specific period.

Work permit from/to
|
We can make a report of which working permits are going to expire in certain period.
|
Employed As Of
|
Report can be made for certain date of Employment in the firm. Program will consider the date that is set in Employee Files l ... l Employment record in column End.

Cessation reason
|
We can limit the report based on the cessation reason.
