Issues from the customs warehouse can be posted from the menu for automatic posting of customs rate or directly from the document with the click on the Post button in this panel. The procedure of posting is from here identical to the one, described in the Cash module.

Overview of data on the panel:

Posts

After posting has been successfully carried out, you can find data about posts in this panel. The journal entry for posting can directly be opened with a double click on the number of the journal entry. With a double click on the ID you can also open the account plan, documents and linked documents.

 

Journal Entry
 is a number of journal entry into which the invoice has been posted
Line
 posit inside journal entry on which the invoice has been posted
Account account onto which the posting has been done
DEBIT
 local currency amount, posted in debit of this account
CREDIT local currency amount, posted in credit of this account
Document document, which is a basis for posting - this is number of document you are working on
Doc. date
 date of document from the position of journal entry
Link number of linked document in the journal entry
Value date payment value (due) date
Post With the click on the Post button, the currently selected document is being posted.

If the type of document has been marked as "For the record", the posting is not possible, so the button is not active in such case!

 
Transactions With the click on the Transactions button you open a window with data on transactions with data, that can be found in the Transactions panel of the subjects register. 
000001.gif Posts in this window can not be corrected. The journal entry can be opened with a double click on the number of journal entry, in which the posting can also be edited.

 

000001.gif From the Cash module, an optional selection of documents is being posted automatically, while the function of posting of an invoice only posts an individual document!
000001.gif Deleting of the document is not possible anymore, if it has already been posted! In such cases the program reports an error (see Document is already posted! It can not be deleted anymore!).
