Skipping or Stopping Tasks

When checking tasks, certain tasks can be skipped or stopped by using the Stop feature or skipping tasks in waiting.
The following is a use case of skipping a certain task.
The person responsible has different tasks in waiting. By clicking the Run button, the person responsible runs the workflow for overviewing all tasks at once.

In the next step, the person responsible confirms tasks.
In this case, after running the task, the Documents window opens, where the person responsible confirms the first task by clicking the Confirm button.

The steps depend on the content of the business process that we have run!

The person responsible can redirect a task onto another user by clicking the Confirm and redirect button, or reject it by clicking the Reject button.

Upon confirmation, another task will open, which the person responsible wants to skip.
In this case, the person responsible wants to skip the task that has opened, and edit it later.
For this purpose, the person responsible clicks the
(Close) button.

In this case, the person responsible wants to skip the current task, which is why they choose option: Skip current task.
The program opens the next task. The unfinished task stays on the list in the table of tasks of the user.
