Receive and Process Grapes

Receive and Proccess Grapes

There are two sets of data for recording within Winery tasks: Simple and Detail.
Mainly the simple one is used. Detailed is for more demanding users. When particular Winery task is started Simple mask opens with general entry fields.

Window enables recording of grape processing tasks. Task enables recording of:
- Date Received
- Wine variety and Serial number
- Wine type and color
- Origin
Additionally two grids are available to choose grapes for pressing and Container where new wine will be put.

When you start recording data, you first need to insert main information about the process. 

By pressing  mask expands with additional mask with more details to enter.

Wine and Byproducts

Processing date

Date of processing (today's date by default).

Wine Variety (item) You choose a wine variety from a drop-down list (from items). Variety will be added to wine container for further processing. List is limited to items, that have alocated correct primary classification (VN).
Serial number Serial number of wine (mandatory entry). This serial number will mark wine through the process.
Wine type Type of wine that defines wine color. If you have set this information in Administration console codebook, information will be filled automatically.
Wine color Color of wine that is seen on visual overview. Although it is predefined by wine type, you can change it.
Origin Origin of wine.
Note Notes.
Status Status is allocated automatically through the process (once process is saved, cycle closes automatically). You can manually change it.
Total grape qty

Total quantity of allocated grapes. Value is calculated automatically by adding or removing received grapes.

Wine Quantity of produced wine. Value is calculated automatically through a formula (100kg of grames = 70l of wine). Value can be changed manually.
Labor total (hrs) Number of hours used for a task. Hours ca be added directly to individual worker, or can be added as total number, which will be calculated to individual worker.
Work order Number of work order which opens with double click.

 

Received grapes

This table includes list of grapes, used in the process.You can add different sorts of wine from different warehouses. In drop-down menu only items with primary classification WN are shown and that grapes are in stock.

Quantity

Item

Grapes ID, used in the process.

Warehouse Warehouse, where grapes is stored.
Stock Stock of grapes in the warehouse.
Quantity of grapes, used in the process.
 
  Document Document, created in the process.

Fixed Assets

In fixed assets table user selects fixed asset that was used in the process. User can select fiex asset if it is recorded in database and marked as equipment. Fixed assets can be searched by name or inventory number.

Workers

User selects workers that were participating in the process. Besides selecting a user, working hours can also be written. If user doesn't know hours done, he can select workers and write total hours in the header of window. Hours will be sistributed to the rest of the workers.

Used material

Used material is a special seperate division in this window. It is used to insert all the material, that was used in the process. User can insert more tha one material.

Item

Item as material, used in the process.

Name Name of the item.
Wareh. Warehouse, where material is stored.
Quantity Quantity of used material.
U/M Unit of measurement of material.
Document Number of created document.

Wine

User selects containers, where wine will be stored. He can only select from containers, that are added to the cellar.

Cellar (subj)

User selects a cellar, where container is situated.

Container (subj) User selects a container, where wine is placed.
No. Number of container.
Wine Type Wine type is selected automatically from container.
Volume Volume of container.
Avail. volume Available volume in selected container.
Quantity

Quantity of wine that will be added to this container.

U/M Unit of measurement.
Container Type Container type. Information is added automatically.
Percentage Percentage of own price allocated to the wine in specific container. Information is calulated automatically from costs in the process and divided by quantitiy of wine.
Document Number of created document.

Byproducts

This section is used to record byproducts that were produced in the process (wine marc...).

Item

Item as byproduct, produced in the process.

Name Name of the byproduct.
Receiving warehouse Warehouse, where byproduct will be stored.
Quantity Qunatity of produced byproduct.
U/M Unit of measurement.
Percentage Percentage of own price allocated to the byproductin specific container. Information is calulated automatically from costs in the process and divided by quantitiy of byproducts.
Document Number of created document.
