Data in the Report panel are not filled in automatically. You fill in the report with data that you have selected in the Sorted Posts or All Unsorted Posts panel and after selection is done clicking the Sort Selected button.

 

The Report panel provides you with complete set of data included in the form:

- of which posts consists the amount

- whether data was filled from the Sorted Posts panel due to settings in the Register panel

- whether data was filled from the All Unsorted Posts panel

- whether you entered data in the form manually (not on the basis of the post)

Value (sorted)The value transferred to the report from the Sorted Posts panel.
Value (unsorted) The value transferred to the report from the All Unsorted Posts panel.
Value (out)Values that you included in the report manually by inserting lines in the bottom section of the Report panel
Transfer Skupna vrednost prenešenih knjižb
Use FormulaThe value is entered in lines which have the Sum field checked that can be found in the Register panel, according to the formula entered in the line.
Value (custom) The value transferred to the report from theAll Unsorted Posts panel.

 

The breakdown of posts, which are included in the line, is available in the bottom section of the window. It contains the following information from posts (journal entry ID, document, posted amounts):

 

Transfer The value of post you transferred to the report (either the complete value or only part of it).
PercentageThe percentage of value that was transferred to the report.
Source   - 37270.gifSorted Posts: posts that were transferred to the report from the Sorted Posts panel (and thus are included in the settings in the Register panel)

- 37271.gifUnsorted Posts: posts that were transferred to the report from the All Unsorted Posts panel (and thus are not included in the settings that can be found in the panel, yet the corresponding accounts have the Corporate Tax column checked in the Chart of Accounts)

- 37272.gifCustom: value you manually entered in the form
