Resources
The Resources tab of the Schedule plan form offers a detailed view over capacity, planned time for the operation, availability, and other data about resources and planed work on said resources.
The tab is divided into two sections. The first one displays the data about resources, and the second one contains three tabs with data about planned products produced, prepared WOs, and processed WOs on a chosen resource line.

The Resources tab is available only if Resource scheduling was chosen when the schedule plan was calculated in the Refresh schedule plan form.

Below is a description of the form’s features:
In this section, all the data about resources planned for production is displayed.

Resource
|
Displays the ID of the resource from the Resources register.
|
|
Resource Name
|
Displays the name of the resource from the Resources register.
|
|
Work From
|
Displays the start time of resource capacity, set in the Resources register.
|
|
Work To
|
Displays the end time of resource capacity, set in the Resources register.
|
|
Capacity
|
Displays resource capacity, which is calculated based on the daily resource capacity and the plan period that can be found in the Plan.
|
|
Planned Time
|
Displays the planned time required in production.
|
|
Planned Time of Prep. WO
|
Displays the planned time required in production, that is, in planned WOs having the status O - Open, R - Released or I - Allocated.

|
Planned Time of Proc. WO
|
Displays the planned time required in production, that is, in WOs that are in progress and have the status D - In Progress and E - Partially Finished.

Planned Time Total
|
Displays the total planned time.
|
|
Occupied (%)
|
Displays how occupied the resource actually is, expressed in percentages. It is calculated based on the total planned time and resource capacity.

Avail. Planned Time
|
Displays the available planned time, that is, the available resource capacity. It is calculated as the difference between the resource capacity and planned time.

Available (%)
|
Available planned time or resource capacity expressed in percentages.
|
|
Cycle Time
|
Displays the cycle time required in production.
|
|
Prep. WO Cycle Time
|
Displays the cycle time required in production, that is, in planned WOs with the status O - Open, R - Released or I - Allocated.

Process WO Cycle Time
|
Displays the cycle time required in production, that is, in WOs that are in progress and have the status D - In Progress and E - Partially Finished.

|
Total Cycle Time
|
Displays the total cycle time.
|
Tabs contain additional data for the resource line chosen in the table. There are three tabs with data about planed products for the resource line, operations on prepared WOs, and processed WOs for the resource line.

Displays the end date of resource requirement.

Displays the unit of measurement of the item.

Displays the planned time required in production.

Displays the cycle time required in production.

Displays the item type of the item.

Displays the primary category of the item.

Displays the secondary category of the item.
