000001.gif You can set custom names for untitled variables (e.g. Subj01 - Not defined) in the Variables section in Settings l Program l Administration Panel l Settings l Program Parameters l Subjects l Custom Fields. The name you enter in the Variables section is displayed in Variables tree.

ENTERING VARIABLES

Enter the variables that are listed under Subjects item in the Custom Fields panel in Settings l Subjects l  Subjects F11 l Custom Fields.

 

 

 

REFERENCING VARIABLES SUBJXX

Preparing payroll the variable from Subjects will be used for subjects set in Department column in Payroll Preparation or Earnings Types.

  • having selected a department in payroll preparation, or
  • having selected a department in individual line of earnings type.
