ENTERING VARIABLES

Enter the variables that are listed under Subjects item in the Custom Fields panel in Settings l Subjects l  Subjects F11 l Custom Fields.

 

 

 

REFERENCING VARIABLES SUBJXX

Preparing payroll the variable from Subjects will be used for subjects set in Department column in Payroll Preparation or Earnings Types.

  • having selected a department in payroll preparation, or
  • having selected a department in individual line of earnings type.
