There are multiple different options in displaying product structure, standards, tools and other product- related details. By development of the application we decided to provide some standard methods used in displaying specification data.
Select type of report from tree structure view on the left. For detailed treatment see follow-up.
On the right is a panel where you can set criteria. It is wise to check all item types to display all components. Of course you can uncheck any one element. By right-clicking you can select a command making selection easier.
Report Type
|
Product Spec and Technological Procedures
| Displays
collective reports on lines of material and operations in technological operations display all data od product specification.
|
Product Specification
| Displays reprot of
lines of material representing standard materials list (specification).
|
Technological Procedures
| Displays report of operations in
technological procedure representing time norms of technological procedures.
|
Standard Spec
| Displays a sample
report of product specification on a pre-printed form.
|
Product Structure
| Displays product and semi-finished product in tree
structure (that is, those being produced - item type P - Product). It can be dismantled to a specific level.
|
Structural Spec
| Displays tree
structure specification dismantled into sub-levels.
|
Collective Structural Spec | Displays a
report of total quantity and individual items which are integrated in the selected assembly. That is, at any subordinate level od modular specification structure.
|
Tools in Specs
| Displays a
report on tools that are required in production of specific assemblies in subordinate specification structure.
|
Collective Use of Tools in Specs | Displays a
report on tools that are used in production of a specific product across specification structure.
|
Use of Tools in Parent Assemblies | Displays
use of the selected tool or multiple tools in parent assemblies.
|
Collective Use of Tools in Parent Assemblies | Displays
collective use of the selected tool or multiple tools in parent assemblies.
|
Small Tools in Specs
| Displays a
report on small tools that are required in production of specific assemblies in subordinate specification structure.
|
Collective Use of Small Tools in Specs | Displays a
report on small tools that are used in production of a specific product across specification structure.

Use of Small Tools in Parent Assemblies | Displays
use of the selected small tool or multiple small tools in parent assemblies.
|
Collective Use of Small Tools in Parent Assemblies | Displays
collective use of the selected small tool or multiple small tools in parent assemblies.
|
Use of Regulations in Parent Assemblies | Displays
use of the selected regulation or multiple regulations in parent assemblies.
|
Collective Use of Regulations in Parent Assemblies | Displays
collective use of the selected regulation or multiple regulations in parent assemblies.
|
Use in Parent Assemblies | Displays
use of the selected item in directly superordinate parent assemblies where it appears as line of specification. That is, it displays its direct origin.
|
Collective in Parent Assemblies |
Displays use of the selected item in directly superordinate parent assemblies.
|
Product, Their Specs and Procedures | Displays a
specification report of products sorted by set criteria. According to criteria set you can display products including both the specification as well as technological procedures, one type of assembly data. Or you can display such products which do not include the specification nor technological procedures.
|
Components in Specs
|
Displays a specification report of components sorted by set criteria. According to criteria set you display components appearing in specifications, or not. |
Criteria:
|
Item
| Enter or select an item to be used in report. For reports in Product Specs and Technological Procedures group you can enter an item using wildcard character %. |
Name |
Enter or select a name of item to be used in report. For reports in Product Specs and Technological Procedures group you can enter name of item using wildcard character %. |
Status |
Enter or select specification status. It is user-defined in the
register of specifications status. |
Tool
| Enter or select ID of tool to display with which items they were used. Criteria can be observed when selecting
Use of Tools in Parent Assemblies and
Collective Use of Tools in Parent Assemblies. |
Regulation
| Enter or select ID of regulation to display with which items it was used. Criteria can be observed when selecting
Use of Regulations in Parent Assemblies and
Collective Use of Regulations in Parent Assemblies. |
Depth
| If checked, it enables you to create a report into depth for the number of levels set. It can be used with Product Specs and Technological Procedures report group. With other groups such as Structural Specs, Tools in Specs, Use in Parent Assemblies it is always checked and you cannot change this.
|
To Level
| Enter or select level of report of specification structure. It is visible only if you checked the Depth checkbox.
|
Alternate
| Enter or select an alternatete. You can select active alternate, all or a specific alternate number to be included in the report.
|
Recalculate Requirements
| If checked, it allows you to recalculate quantity requirements. If checked, then quantities in reports include quantities of items required for production. If unchecked, then the displayed quantity of material or amount of operation meets the volume.
|
(quantity for recalculation)
| Set quantity to be used when selecting Recalculate Requirements.
