The Specification Overview window lists an item's components (if that item is an own product and is tracked with a serial number).

This is useful when a customer returns a product for repairs, and a component must be replaced. The warehouse therefore contains the returned product and the defective component. A working component and the same item must be returned to the customer.

This function allows you to transfer a component from the specification to the claim.

 

Product Information

Product The ID of the product for which components should be displayed. The currently selected item in the document is offered as default.
Serial Number The serial number of the returned product.
Issuer, Consignee The issuer (warehouse) and consignee (customer) are retrieved according to the product and serial number that have been entered.

Product Structure

Receiving Doc. The number of the document with which the product has been received into the warehouse (internal receipt).
Issue Doc. Thze number of the document with which the product has been issued from the warehouse (internal issu).
Component ID The ID of the component.
Component Name The name of the component.
Quantity The quantitiy of the component that is built into the product.
Serial Number The serial number of the component if it's tracked by a serial number.
Find Find the components that make up the product with the specified serial number.
Transfer Transfer the currently selected component to the received customer claim.
