Toolbar
The toolbar on the To-do form displays some classic PANTHEON and some special functionalities, such as: redirecting tasks in the user's absence or checking tasks that have already expired, opening the form in a separate window for easier viewing or printing out the list of tasks.
The form is made up of certain buttons, which are described below.

 (User Absence)
|
Opens the User absence form. Allows you to redirect tasks to another user when the current task holder is not available to perform the task.

 (Check For Expiration Execute)
|
Lists tasks that have not yet been completed, but the completion date is in the past. It considers the information from the Due date field.
|
|
 (Reports)
|
Enables you to select a report for previewing or exporting/printing of the list of tasks. The following predefined reports are available:
- 0W1 – To-do list
- 0W2 – To-to list – by subjects
- 0W3 – To-to list – by workers
- 0W5 – Open Tasks
- 0W6 – Overdue Tasks
- 0W7 – How long does a user have a specific task

Enables you to use one of the following options:

No system wizards available yet.

 (Integrate)
|
If the To-Do form is already open in a separate window, click to integrate it back as a tab in PANTHEON.

|
 (Pop up)
|
Opens the To-Do form in a separate window.
|
|
 (Help)
|
Displays help with news and guidance.
