000001.gif Formulas of individual categories of balance sheet lines specified below serve only as OUTLINE and ARE NOT INTENDED FOR DIRECT USE. Before attempting to use them inspect them carefully with your accounting department.

 

000001.gif To compare, that is, distribute data according to CIS codes that can be found in the outstanding items report it is MANDATORY for you to select the 6. Custom report on outstanding items, restricting by posting date and report date. Analytical data are returned by the following reports Outstanding items - Summary by Subjects and CIS and Outstanding items - Summary by CIS. 
000001.gif Mark accounts as subject accounts in Chart of Accounts for which you want to create financial accounts statistics. CIS codes are filled from Subjects register.
000001.gif Posts in the period for which you want to create a report together with the correctly entered subjects and CIS codes from CIS Codes register need to be recorded in the balance sheet of financial assets.

Auditors create report till close of November 2003 for transactions of 2002. Teh value of transaction is equivalent to the difference occurring in intersection of the following two fields: the balance sheet of financial assets and liabilities for balances on December 31, 2001 and December 31, 2002.

Financial report formulas DO NOT differ from formulas used in balance accounting (see Financial Asset Balance and Liabilities on). What differs are line numbers and methods used in collecting data, that is, of reading results. Under Type it is mandatory for you to select the Comparison option.

If you create a financial report by comparison of two consecutive balance sheets, the result you get (value of transactions) is shown under the Difference column of 049 - Comparative financial report.
