If items are picked from the customs warehouse for further sales to foreign markets (transit or re-export of goods), you have to invoice the goods to a foreign customer when they have been picked from the customs warehouse at price declared upon receiving. To do this use a predefined document type 940.

The procedure is done by item being first put away to the customs warehouse using predefined document type 900. Then you issue these same items from the customs warehouse using document type 930 (at purchase price and currency in which they were purchased). The invoice is created on the basis of issue slip from document type 930.

1. Open a Corresponding Document Type

First open the document type in which you want to create the transit invoice. To do this, follow the path Goods -> Customs Warehouses -> Transit and click the desired document.

You can also open the register using by clicking the shorcut; icon, set in the quickbar.

2. Creating a Transit Invoice

Create a transit invoice by picking items from the customs warehouse. The procedure is carried out in a similar way to creating collective shipping.

To issue invoices click Add in order to open a window for selecting goods.

Clicking Add creates a transit invoice.
