Work orders/Employees

The Work Orders/Employees form allows you to select and then add work orders (WO) and employees to the Daily Plan form.

You can search for WOs and employees using various filters. You can also review the data about WOs and employees, such as general data, operations on the WO, availability, etc.

Warning

Only work orders with the Released or a higher status can be chosen.

 

The Work Orders/Employees form can be found on the right side of the Daily Plan form, and can be shown by clicking the  (Click to show work order details) button. The form can be hidden by clicking the (Click to show work order details) button.

By clicking the  button, you can open the form in a separate window.

HINT

Work orders and employees can be added to the Daily Plan using the Drag & Drop method.

Below is a description of the form’s features.

1. Header

The header of the form allows you to filter WOs shown in the table, and to access the selection of employees.

Select employee

By clicking the button, you open the Employees form for choosing the employee for the daily plan.

All

Clicking the button displays all WOs in the table.

Not Started

Clicking the button displays only the WOs that have no work activity reported.

In progress

Clicking the button displays only the WOs that have a reported time and/or quantity.

Delays

Clicking the button displays only the WOs where the deadline has already passed.

High priority

Clicking the button displays only the WOs with high priority.

Sched. End From

Enter the start date of the desired period to filter the WOs by end date.

To

Enter the end date of the desired period to filter the WOs by end date.

Filter

By clicking the button, you apply the filters selected.

 

2. Table of WOs

Displays the WOs according to the filters set in the header.

(Filter)

The first row of the table can be used to filter the WOs shown, by entering the desired string into the corresponding column.

Operations

By clicking on the  (eye) icon in the field, you open the Operations form to view the operations on the selected WO.

Status

Displays the icon of a clock () if the WO is delayed.
If the WO status is High Priority, the  icon is displayed.

Done/Planned

Displays the number of completed, and the number of planned products on the WO.

Work Order

Displays the number of the WO.

Picture

By clicking into the field, the image of the product from the Items register is shown.

End Date

Displays the end date of the WO.

Item

Displays the ID of the product on the WO.

Name

Displays the name of the product on the WO.

U/M

Displays the unit of measurement of the product on the WO.

Priority

Displays the level of priority of the WO.

Doc. Type

Displays the document type of the WO.

Consignee

Displays the consignee on the WO.

Date

Displays the date of creation of the WO.

Link Key

Displays the number of the linked document (order, plan, etc.).

The linked document can be opened by double clicking into the field.

Department

Displays the department on the WO.

Prod. Variant

Displays the product variant of the product on the WO.
