Work records

The Work records module is in the Personnel module and created for tracking work-related events in the company and work obligations by employees, like arrival to work, lunch break, business and private exits etc.

The data from Work records is further also used for creating tasks, for presence/absence working work records and payroll preparation in PANTHEON.
 

The command (top) line in Work records directs to three tabs and the fast actions:

1. The My records tab – opens by default and shows the work records as the biggest part of the screen.
2. The Attendance tab – shows employee attendance (in preparation).
3. The Requests tab – documents all requests made by the logged-in user.
4. The Leave tab - shows employees leave information by the years.

In the right, the command line also has other tab-specific action buttons, explained further under each respective tab.
