eWorkflow settings for ePosting

The ePosting procedure works with the help of eWorkflows. Basic eWorkflows are predefined and can be transferred from the Web Service.

HINT

For more information about the eWorkflows, see the chapter eWorkflows.

For more specific and complex processes of approval, you can also customize given eWorkflows or combine them with one another.

WARNING

The following chapter shows how to reselect the Mailbox in the eWorkflow settings for ePosting:

Reselecting the mailbox in the eWorkflow settings

 The mailbox must be reselected when the eWorkflow is transferred using the Web Service and before the mailbox is created or transferred.
