List of requests

The feature Requests in the submodule Work records shows all requests made by the logged-in user. annual leave, sick leave, work obligations, replacements and shift changes. They can also be submitted for any other tasks, e.g. replacements, shift changes, entering or changing incorrectly entered working hours, meetings, job interviews.

Below is an example of how to gain an overview of added requests.

CASE SUMMARY
The person responsible, who is currently logged-in the program, wants to check their requests added, which are still in the stage of approval by the superior. This is done as follows:
- Opening the window Work records
- Filtering requests
- Checking requests

1. Opening the window Work records
The person responsible wants to check their requests added, which are still in the stage of approval by the superior.
To do this, the person responsible selects the module Personnel and the submodule Work records from the main menu.
A window on the tab My records opens.
To view the requests added, the person responsible clicks the tab Requests.

When the list of requests opens, the person responsible filters the requests added.
2. Filtering requests
Requests can be searched by search string or filtered by field:
- Request type
- Type of absence (request)
- Status

In this case, the person responsible selects Pending from the drop-down list of the field Status.

Next, the person responsible can check the desired requests.
3. Checking requests
The bottom part of the window displays the requests added by the logged-in user for which the approval is still pending.
