This panel documents requests for using working hours and for overtime.

1. Add request
The Add request button quickly and easily adds a custom request.
Clicking on the Add request button open a pop-up window with the following fields:

| Employee |
Select the employee. By default, the logged-in user is selected, but can be changed. |
| Superior/Approver |
From the drop-down menu, select the leader or certifier who is in charge of reviewing the request. If the leader is already selected in Position/Salary, it will be applied here by default. |
| Request type |
Select request type:
- Overtime - uses the Overtime working hours categories defined in Settings | Administration panel | Settings | Personnel | Working Records
- Using working hours - uses the Using working hours categories defined in Settings | Administration panel | Settings | Personnel | Working Records

| Absence type |
The category is automatically selected according to the value chosen in the Request Type field. |
| Start |
Enter the starting date or select it in the calendar. If Using working hours is selected, an hour is also selected. |
| End |
Enter the ending date or select it in the calendar. If Using working hours is selected, an hour is also selected. |
| Reason |
We select it from the Reasons for ordering overtime work code list. (When Using working hours is selected, the field is locked. |
| Hours |
Enter the hours. |
| Comment |
Enter a note for the approver |
| File |
By clicking on the three dots, we select the file we want to import. |
| Location |
When Overtime or Using working hours is selected, the field is locked. |
| Address |
When Overtime or Using working hours is selected, the field is locked. |
By clicking on the Overview button, Employee Working Hours Planning openes.
By clicking on the Cancel button, we cancel the entry of the request. By clicking the Confirm button, we send the request to worklow.

WARNING
The predefined workflow for requests is set in the PANTHEON database in Workflows.
If the database does not yet include a workflow for adding requests, clicking on the Approve request button in the pop-up window will emerge in a warning message: The workflow for adding claims is missing. This means that the respective workflow has to be added to the database or imported through the Transfer registers window.

The workflow that enables the sending of documentation is in preparation.

2. Approve request
Clicking on the button Approve request button we send the request to Tasks. According to the Workflow, we can then approve, redirect, reject, etc.

Hint
Requests are tied to predefined workflows – business processes; this makes them customizable and adaptable to specific company needs

4. List of requests
All requests made by the logged-in user can be seen in the list.
| Superior |
Selected Superior/Approver who is in charge of reviewing the request. |
| Request Date |
The date and time the request was created. |
| Type |
The request type.

The request category. |

The request category name. |
| Pay Slip |

| Start |
The start date of absence/obligation/task on the request. |
| End |
The end date of absence/obligation/task on the request. |

The status of the request in real time. Possible statuses are:
- In approval,

- Rejected
- Notified
- Reverse
