The taskbar in the trip documents contains the following functions:

Add Task

By clicking on this button you can add a task.
Delete Record
With a click on this button, you can delete a record you are currently placed on.
Navigation Buttons
Using navigation buttons, you can delete records, add records, and browse and search for documents (from the left to right are following buttons: First Record, Previous Record, Lookup, Next Record, Last Record). With the lookup list you can search for an individual trip document types.
New Record
A click on this button will open a new record.
Copy Record

With a click on this button, the program will copy the record you are currently placed on.  This function will copy the trip document, but will leave the report date blank.

 

When copying a travel order, the program determined the first unconfirmed status from the Trips document type.

 

WARNING

Be careful when changing departure and arrival dates in the lines of a trip document! Make sure that you change dates in all lines!

 

Templates
A click on this button will open a menu for template settings.
Wizards
A click on this button will open the Wizards menu of a trip document:

Reports
A click on this button will open the travel management reports.
Import/Export Data

A click on this button will enable you to import or export data. In the trip documents you will be able to add tasks in the Tasks panel .

Help
A click on this button will give you access to the user Help of the program.

 


WARNING

Be careful when changing departure and arrival dates in the lines of a trip document! Make sure that you change dates in all lines!
