You can prevent users from viewing and using certain document type groups by setting their authorization to none.

This way, users' workspace in PANTHEON doesn't get too cluttered with unnecessary document types, and your system becomes more secure by limiting access.

Example: a sales representative works only with sales orders and issued invoices, therefore all other document type groups can be disabled.

Only delete and none are valid authorization levels for document type groups.
