You MUST enter fixed prices in stock valuation (for more information see the Warehouses register). It is only used with such warehouses! |
When using fixed prices in valuation, enter date of validity and create a document of price adjustement. That is, document recording deviation from the set fixed prices.

Date |
The date determining fixed price validity. Consider the following to select the appropriate date:

Adjust Prices

Click the button to create a document of price adjustment with the newly-determined fixed price.

Use the lookup table to find, sort and filter fixed prices on a specified date. To do so, you can use any relevant criteria (ID, name, fixed price, primary and secondary categories, item type). |

Enter or select an ID of item from the Items register. You can enter or select ID or name of item (see the next field). To do so, set up search settings accordingly. |

Fixed Price |
Enter a fixed price which is valid from that date on. |
Primary Category |
Displays primary category from the Items register. |
Secondary Category |
Displays secondary category from the Items register. |
Item Type |
Displays item type from the Items register. |

Fixed prices are used whenever entering a new document.
Should you change a fixed price subsequently, it is looked up according to the date of validity after refreshing stock. |

You can select an option in the Check Fixed Prices box in Administration Panel | Program Parameters | Goods | General to check whether a fixed price was entered for item. If it does not exist, you can select Show Warning or Prohibit Input options to receive a warning message or prevent entering of such an item in document of receiving or issue for warehouse where fixed prices have been set for valuation. |
