Header in Financial Reports

Header

In the Header in the Financial Reports we enter basic parameters for making a financial report.

The form Financial Reports can be accessed from the menu Settings | Financials | Financial Reports.

1. Lines

ID

It displays any three-digit alphanumeric ID of the financial report.

Chart of Accts.

Choose the chart of accounts for financial report. Default is shown active chart of account.

Active

Name

Enter the name of the financial report.

Factor

Enter the factor using which you want to divide calculations of individual data.

  • If you want to display the financial report in EUR, the appropriate factor is 1.
  • If you want to display the financial report in 1000 EU, enter factor 1000.

Rounding

Enter, for example, 1 (when rounding using 1 EUR) or 0.01 (when rounding using cent value).

2. Type

In this section we select basic financial report form:

Debit/Credit

If selected, the financial report is calculated and displayed for one period where column A (Formula 1) and column B (Formula 2) are independent containing different formula. But the same date margins are used in calculation.

Comparison

If selected, you determine the formula used for calculating financial report lines only in column A (Formula 1). When displaying the financial report, column A shows calculated data for one period and column B on the other hand shows calculated data for the second (comparable) period.

warning

Only if you have selected the Comparison option in the Type box and at the same time Comparative Financial Report as report type, fields for entering date criteria for comparative period appear (period B) - see Displaying Financial Reports.

 

3. Labels

Enter data to be used in displaying financial reports:

Document

Enter the name of the financial report that can be observed in the document.

Transactions

Enter the name of the column containing line descriptions that can be observed in the document.

Column A

Enter the name of the column where the result from Formula 1 appears.

Column B

Enter the name of the column where the result from Formula 2 appears.

XBRL Document

If the radio button is ticked, it means that the financial report can be exported into XBRL. When ticked, additional fields are displayed:

  • XBRL Name – enter name of report in case of export into XBRL
  • XBRL Identifier -
  • Domain –
