Merge Employee Data
By pressing Merge Employee Data we can merge data from the panell Position/Salary. Data can be merge in several ways:
- Merge of two different Employee Files of the Employee, without Position. We can merge only data from Position/Salary panell. We choose only Employee from/Employee to;
- Move Employee from one Position to another within one Employee Files , where positions extend for 1 (in case of incorrect Position with 0 value). In criteria from/to Position we do not enter any data (leave it free);
- Merge from one Position to another within one Employee File, for the same Employee, where in criteria from/to Position need to be entered Position. In case we set a date of Employment End, this position is closed from that date.

Data are transfer from Employee File and exist only at the Employee we transfer data to. Employee File from whome we transfer data is empty.
