Assigning IDs Using Leading Constant

Assigning IDs using a leading constant is more suitable in Items register than in Subjects register!

Assuming that subjects will be entered in the Subjects register using a 10-digit consecutive number and string CUS as constant. Enter required data in Program Parameters | Subjects | General in Administration Panel:

Click 017731.jpg to create a new entry in the Subjects register. You will see displayed three question marks:

Having saved the record (by pressing 005067.gif or entering of the next record), it will be assigned the next available consecutive number:
