Create Plan Lines *

- Click Sales tab in NAO - Planning.
- Enter field Line Name: e.g. Direct Sales.
- Move to next line (thus confirming it) using down arrow key
. Create as many lines as is required. E.g.: in this case lines Indirect Sales and Other Sales.
4. Click a cell to open a detailed table below.
5.- 6. Enter planned sales
quantity and value in detailed table. Having entered them, the price is calculated automatically. E.g. quantity is 13.00 and value 2,404.30.
7. Enter or select a customer and corresponding
region or country. You can also enter other
data required for detailed planning. E.g.: country UK, and mobile phone for item, ...
8. Confirm the line and move to next one by pressing down
arrow key
. Repeat the procedure described in step 5 as many times as required.

Create Plan Lines in Finance Panel
- Click Finance tab in NAO - Planning form.
- Enter field Line Name: e.g. 6 PRODUCT STOCK, SERVICES.
- Enter formula: E.g.: #D6%#.
- Move to next line (thus confirming it) using down arrow key. Create as many lines as is required. E.g.: in this case lines 65 PURCHASE of GOODS REPORT and 651 Dependent costs of goods purchased.
5. Click a cell to open a detailed table below.
6. Enter planned
value: e.g.: 1,412.99.
7. - 9. Enter or select a
subject, cost center and
department (enter only required data). E.g.: Foreign Supplier Ltd. for subject, Project05 for cost center and Department 1 for department.
