Shortcuts can be created for quick access to frequently used windows, thus removing the need to open them using the main menu and its numerous sub-menus.

Shortcuts can be defined for each user separately. Shortcuts have the same icons as the windows they are linking to. The name of the window the shortcut is leading to is displayed in the status bar when hovering over it.

000001.gif Shortcuts to documents have an icon and the document type ID displayed, while shortcuts to all other windows have only the icon.

There are two types of shortcuts:

  • Shortcuts for registers, displayed as icons.
  • Shortcuts for documents, displayed as icons for the corresponding document type (e.g. Goods | Issue | Document) and three-digit document type ID.
000001.gif Opening forms by clicking shortcuts or from menu is identical.
