You can create and use dashboard reports only in ME and MF editions.

 

To do this, open Dashboard Reports.

 

1. Open Dashboard Reports Register

Select: Settings | Program | Dashboard Reports.

2. Creating Dashboard Reports

  1. Click the new record 046367.gif button.
  2. The report is automatically assigned an ID.
  3. Enter name.
  4. Select author (in the Subjects register) of report.
  5. Enter or select a clerk.

  1. Enter title of report.
  2. In addition you can enter additional text as note to report.
  3. To display the current date, check Report Generated.
  4. Plus, check according checboxes in order to display ID, name, author and clerk.

  1. Click Add.
  2. Select a component from Dashboard Components to include in report.

  1. Enter text in the Explanation field.
  2. Then check according checkboxes in order to display component's name and description. To include the component in report, check Apply.
  3. To add additional components, click Add and follow the above-mentioned procedure.

  1. If you made a mistake, right-click the component to delete, edit, resize or refresh it.
  2. To open Size Settings window and resize the component, click Size.

  1. You can preview report before clicking Export.

  1. Set file format of report (HTML, PDFor DOC).
  2. Plus, set report's export type (that is, select between file or sending the report via e-mail).

  1. Click Settings to open the window where for determining settings.
  2. Enter file name (that is, name of file used in exporting report).
  3. Enter file path (that is, the default path where the exported report is stored).
  4. Click OK.

  1. Click Settings to open the window where for determining settings.
  2. Enter file name (that is, the name of attachment used in exporting report via e-mail).
  3. Enter sender's e-mail.
  4. Enter name and surname of sender.
  5. Enter recipient's e-mail.
  6. Optionally, enter e-mail to the Cc field.
  7. Enter subject of e-mail.
  8. Enter text of e-mail.
  9. Click OK.

  1. Lastly, click Export to export the repot to file or send it directly via e-mail.

  1. Then set user authorizations.

 

3. Export When Running PANTHEON Using /DREP Control

Export reports by running PANTHEON using /DREP control. Here reports are exported according to the set format and type.

 

000001.gif After the operation finished, PANTHEON closes automatically. That is why it is not recommended to use /DREP control with any additional controls.
