Light Setup - Client-Only Installation

Light Setup - Client-Only Installation

 

The Light Setup package contains only the PANTHEON client without database server. After the installation, the program folder contains only the files Pantheon55.exe, PantheonRT55.exe and Pantheon.ini as well as folders for backups and updates. The Light Setup is most useful for installing PANTHEON on workstations, where no server software is needed.

You can download it from ftp://ftp.datalab.si/demo/si/. For MSSQL Server client use Install_LS_SQL_SI_55xxxx.exe and for ORACLE use Install_LS_ORA_SI_55xxxx.exe.

The installation is straight-forward and quick. Required settings for MS SQL Server clients include server name, server instance name and database name.


 

Oracle clients require server name, port, SID and database name.

 

Then specify the folder to install PANTHEON.

 

After the installation has completed, you can immediately start PANTHEON.
