The Orders module is for monitoring sales orders, inquiries, quotations on one side or purchase orders, offers, demands on the other.

Orders can also be the basis for creating invoices and issuing goods, and also the basis for work orders from manufacturing. With the help of handy and simple functions of sales and purchase orders, you can create receiving or issuing invoices for goods. And from sales orders you can also create work orders for manufacturing.

In the Orders module, the documents are very similar to receiving and issue invoices. Available are all functions for invoicing, however, the orders don not affect the accounting business operations of the company.

For the basic settings for the Orders module, or the connection of order transfer to the Goods module, follow Settings | Program | Administration Panel | Settings | Program Parameters | Orders panel.

In the Orders module you will find:

Sales orders Manage and create sales orders.
Purchase orders Manage and create purchase orders.
Create purchase orders Creating purchase orders based on received sales orders.
Picking list For the controlled issue of goods from warehouses. It is a list, on basis of which goods from warehouses are issued to customers.
Sales order reports Reports on sales orders.
Purchase order reports Reports on purchase orders.
