Radio Buttons

Options

010379.gif010380.gif010381.gif010411.gif010382.gif010383.gif

Fields where you can select among several options are called options. Here you select one of the listed options.

There are two types of options available:

1. Radio Buttons

Here all available options are listed to make work easier. See for example how delivery method can be set up in the Subjects register (suppliers):

Radio buttons are an element where you can only select one listed option. Left-click the text next to the radio button or the radio button itself to select an option. Change selection by using cursor keys.

Options can be changed in cycles. That is, having selected the last option and pressing 005046.gif the selection will change to the first option.

2. Lookup Table

It can be found wherever it is more suitable to display options. Such as for example selecting purchase type in orders and invoices received. Because you have already set purchase type in the Subjects register (suppliers), you are not required to change it in the document:

Select an option from the dropdown. Open lookup table by clicking 032367.jpg. Left-click to select an option.

Or, enter initial letter (or initial few letters) in the selection window:

(For detailed treatment see Lookup Table).
