Overview of Animal History
The functionality of the animal history overview allows for a review of the entire history of the animal in one place. The form contains data about the owner, the animal, and the treatments the animal has received. Here, all records of the animal are kept, including treatments, vaccinations, parasitological examinations, weighing, insemination, and dental check-ups.

| Searching in the Animal History Overview |
The functionality of the treatment history overview allows the veterinarian to review the records or examinations, treatments, vaccinations, etc. of the animal. Below, we have presented a user case of searching through the history of a specific animal. The subsections show examples of advanced searching, creating a treatment from the form, searching for animals by multiple filters, and displaying only active animals. |
| Basic Data |
In the Basic Data tab, the basic information about the animal that we entered during the first entry of the animal into the Owners and Animals Register is displayed. Below is an example of searching for the animal's ID number in the basic data tab for the selected animal. |
| Documentation |
The Documentation tab is intended for reviewing all documents related to the selected animal. In the continuation of the chapter, we have presented an example of reviewing the documentation for the selected animal. |
| Treatment |
In the Treatment tab we monitor all office visits for any treatment or examination of the animal. Below is a description of the review of all treatments for a specific animal. |
| Vaccination |
In the Vaccination tab we keep a record of all vaccinations of animals in the clinic. We presented a user case of reviewing all vaccinations for a specific animal. |
| Inseminations |
The Inseminations tab is intended for the record of all inseminations and re-inseminations for selected cattle or pigs. We presented an example of reviewing the history of inseminations for selected cattle. |
| Parasitological Examination |
The Parasitological Examination tab allows for the review of data on parasitological examinations that have been performed on the selected animal. In the user case, we were interested in everything about the parasitological examination for the selected dog. |
| Weighing |
Data on the history of weighings in the clinic is stored in the Weighing tab. For a specific animal, we reviewed and graphically displayed the entire history of weighings in the clinic. |
| Dental Examination |
Dental examinations are recorded in the tab of the same name. In the user case, we presented a review of the dental examination of the selected animal. |
| Printouts |
In the Animal History Overview form, various printouts are possible. In the continuation of the chapter, we presented all types of printouts available for different treatments: treatment, vaccination, and insemination. |
