In the header of the Planned panel are the following criteria to define:

From / To You can limit data in this panel according to the date that you can set in these fields. This criteria is valid for all Working Hours sub-panels.

Cal. Entry

 

You can limit data to the individual calendar entry type. 
You can create these types in the register of calendar entry types
This criteria will be used in Planned and Tasks panels.
Working Hours Hours specified in the Work schedule panel.  
From The beginning date used to insert working hours.
Fill in Calendar.  Click on this button opens a new form Copy Working Hours that is used to fill in the calendar.
Delete planned working hours.  Click on this button opens a new form for deleting planned working hours. In the form you can set additional criteria used for deleting planned working hours to one or more employees.
Transfer to Tasks.  Click on this button opens a new form for transfering the planned working hours to tasks.
Absence Overview.  Click on this button opens a new form showing employee absences.

 

In this panel you can see working hours of the employee.

Start Working start time for the specific date.
End Working end time for the specific date. 
Cal. Entry Calendar entry type abbreviation.
Name Name of the calendar entry type.
Department Shows the department the Working time was planned for.  
Working Hours In this field you can select from the lookup list working hours that you would like to set for the currently active employee.
Day Day of the week.
Shift If the working schedule is defined for different shifts, then this field shows the Shift number.
