Printout 6YG - Acceptance Form is intended for the completion of the finder of a lost or abandoned animal. When a person brings a found animal to the shelter, the person at the shelter enters the details of the found animal and the finder into PANETHON VET, and the finder signs the acceptance form at the end.

CASE DESCRIPTION

In the Mesojedi Shelter, the finder Alen Cat brought a cat that had been staying at their house for a few days. Since he cannot take care of it, he brought it to the shelter. At the shelter, the cat and the finder were entered into the program. The responsible person wants to print the acceptance form. This is done by following these steps:

  2. Type of printout
  3. Printout Acceptance Form

1. Window Printout of owners and animals

The responsible person wants to Owner and animal registry print the acceptance form for the found cat. The finder brought the cat to the Mesojedi Shelter.

The process of entering data about the owner and the found cat into the program is described in the user case Arrival.

The responsible person in the command line clicks the button  (Printouts).

A window opens Printout of owners and animals.

Continues with the selection of the type of printout.

2. Type of printout

Wants to print the acceptance form for the found cat.

In the section Type of printout the responsible person opens the tab Animals | Printouts for shelters | Acceptance Form and clicks or selects the type of printout: 6YG - Acceptance Form (as shown in the image below).

Continues with the printout.

3. Printout Acceptance Form

The responsible person opens the print preview by double-clicking on the selected type of printout or by selecting the type of printout and clicking the button  (Printout).

The program opens the print window for the selected printout: 6YG - Acceptance Form.

The data on the printout is copied from the fields of the tab Shelter | Arrival which the responsible person enters in the shelter.
