History

Overview of animal history provides a comprehensive overview of events that have been recorded for the animal. This way, the veterinarian can review the documentation (findings, etc.) and all created treatments in one place and get a quick insight into the health status of the animal.

In this chapter, we will present an example of quick access to Animal history overview from Owner and animal code. The functionality is located in the menu Veterinary | Codes | Owner and animal code.

TIP

For more detailed information about the program forms, read in the PANTHEON VET Guide, in the chapter Animal overview.

CASE DESCRIPTION

The owner, Peter Pritlikavi, brings the cat Lola to the veterinary clinic for a check-up after sterilization surgery. The animal is not feeling well. Since the same veterinarian who performed the procedure is not available at the clinic, another veterinarian who will examine the cat wants to learn more details about the operation and past veterinary treatments that are in the animal's file. The procedure described below

  • The responsible person in the veterinary clinic searches for the animal's code. A detailed procedure for searching for the owner and animal is described in the chapter Searching for the owner or animal in the code list.

  • On the list Animal overview , they select the animal code for which they want to open the file. In our case, the cat: Lola.

  • They click on the button History.

  • A form opens Animal history overview, in our case for the cat Lola.

TIP

For more details about the data and the use of the functionality, read the chapter Animal history overview
