Work records balance

Working hours must recorded to ensure the transparency and accuracy of information and support the related processes resulting from the tracking of working hours. An employee needs to record the working hours spent during the working day.
The balance in My records also shows the information on the assigned, used and remaining leave for an employee.
This chapter shows where to check the employee's balance of working hours and unused leave in PANTHEON Web Light.

CASE SUMMARY
The person responsible wants to check their unused annual leave. This is done as follows:
- Opening the window My records
- Viewing the unused leave

1. Opening the window My records
The person responsible wants to check their unused annual leave.
From the main menu, the person responsible select the module Personnel and the submodule Work records.
A window on the tab My records opens.

2. Viewing the unused leave
In the tab My records, for each day the person responsible can record the start of work, the time and duration of the lunch break, and if any additional activity is required, the person responsible can record overtime or a longer lunch break.
The footer of the window My records shows information about the employee annual leave and the total balance of employee working hours for the current month.
The person responsible wants to check their unused annual leave.

The information on the number of used days of annual leave is shown in the field Used leave.
When hovering over the information icon
, the following information is displayed:
- Planned leave – shows the leave that has been entered in the absence calendar and falls on a later date than the current date and has not yet been taken.
- Already-used leave – the leave that has already been taken by the employee.
- Total used leave – the sum of the planned leave and leave that has already been used.

In this case, the person responsible sees that they have 73 days of leave remaining.
