Add Subcase
A specific legal Case that we have created can be linked to related legal case or issue that is part of a larger, primary case.
The Case is linked to this Subcase as the Parent Case.
This chapter describes how to add Subcase to existing Case.

Case summary
For the legal dispute represented by the company Themis, the client has received a court summons to respond to the lawsuit. The court summons is added to the system as a Subcase of the created parent case.
The following steps are required:
- Selecting existing Case
- Creating new Subcase
- Saving the Subcase

After logging into the PANTHEON Web Legal, the responsible person selects the module Cases and selects the parent Case to which they want to add a subcase.
The case is opened by clicking on the Internal No.

This opens a form Case Details.

In the next step, the user proceeds creates New Subcase.
To existing Case are added the court summons as its Subcase.
This is done by selecting the Subcase tab on the parent Case.

A list of related Subcases is displayed.
A new Subcase is added by clicking the New button.

A form opens, similar to the one used for creating a new Case, with the difference that the Parent Case is displayed on it.

The fields are filled in similarly to the process of creating a new case.
In the Case Descrition field, a description of the Subcase is entered.

After entering all the data, in the next step, the Subcase is saved.
After reviewing the Case data, the Subcase is saved.
This is done by clicking the Save button.

The Subcase is assigned an internal number(new Cost center is created) and saved to the Subcase list.

In the following steps Events and Documentation can be added, and Financials can be reviewed.
