Adding employee

The Add employee form provides the functionality to add or remove employees from a Servicing WO or Operation.

IMPORTANT
- Employee than can see only servicing work orders that ware assigned to him.
- Each Servicing WO or Operation must always have at least one employee assigned.

Case summary
Gary Service, a servis employee at Tecta Ltd., wants to assign employees to servicing work orders. When he is logged in, he adds employees to each servicing work order that they will work on. Employee than can see only servicing work orders that ware assigned to him. This is done as Follows:
- Opening Add employee form
- Selecting employees
- Confirming selected employees

After logging in to PANTHEON Field Service Granule, the person responsible choses Servicing WO to which they want to add employees. He can add them on the servicing WO card, or on operation card in the Operation tab of the servicing WO, by clicking on the
button.
The Add employee form will appear.

To select employees for the servicing work order, the he clicks on the employee in the list.
The selected employee’s color in the list will change to match the theme color.

By clicking Confirmation button, the selected employees are added to the servicing work order or operation in the service work order.

This will be reflected on the servicing WO card and on the map, or operation card.
