Create new Subject
In the Registers, we store data about our Subject(clients), Items(services), etc. The registers must be regularly updated.
Before working with a new client, we need to add them to the Subject register.
This chapter describes how to add new Subject to Subjects Register.

Case summary
The law firm Themis has started a new legal proceeding by representing a client in a legal dispute. Before entering a new Case, the client is added to Subject register.
The following steps are required:

After logging into the PANTHEON Web Legal, the responsible person selects the module Registers from main menu.

In the registers, selects Subjects register.
A list of existing entities is displayed.

In the next step, the user adds new Subject.
They want to create a new Subject.
They do this by clicking the Create new subject button in the Subject register.

A form for entering the new Subjets data opens.
The user begins by entering Subject general data.
In the ID field, they enter a short subject name, and in the Name field, they enter the full name of the entity.

They enter the other important details about the entity, such as the address and tax identification number.

They select that the entity is acting as a Customer and is VAT registered.

The new entity is saved by clicking the Save button.

The new Subject is saved and displayed in the Subject register
