000001.gif It usually IS NOT necessary TO DELETE depreciation report, but to rather restore the fixed asset register to the status prior to the report, change the possibly incorrect criteria and run report function once again.

If you nonetheless want to delete the report you do it like anywhere else in the program by simply clicking the 020308.jpg button from the taskbar or by using the following key combination 005059.gif 005054.gif (see Sorting data).

You cannot delete the report if it has been already approved. 

In such a case you have to first restore the fixed asset register to the status prior to the report (see Report has been already approved! You cannot delete it! You have to first restore to the status prior to the report!).

You cannot delete the report, if it has been already posted. 

In such a case you have to first delete the journal entry for posting of depreciation (see Report has been already posted on journal entry (xxx)! You cannot delete it!).
