Employee Files by Department

In the Employee Files by Department tab you can determine the fields that will appear as fields on reports for the entry of information in the Personnel menu | Employee files | Position | Salary| Custom Fields.

The header of the panel only has the Department parameter to choose from:

Department Choose the departments that should be taken into account for the custom field settings.
After choosing the department click refresh to refresh the screen data.

The names that appear for parameters from Del 01 to Del 27 and fort Text 01 to Text 10 are the ones that are set in the Employee Files of the Administration Panel | Settings | Program Parameters | Personnel | Custom Fields

Department Name of the department chosen in the header parameters.
Del 01 - Del 27

You can name fields for entering value data in a custom way. Predefined are fields with following numbers: 01, 02, 08, 09, 10, 15 and 21.
In calculation formulas you refer to individual fields with following names #Del01#, #Del02,…#Del27#.

Enter the name of the field that will appear in reports for the specific department.

Report Set if the field has to be seen on the report.
Text 01 - Text10 You can name fields for entering texts in a custom way.
Report Set if it needs to be seen on the report.

Hint

If a report field is marked with the number that is >1 for a certain department, the value of the #Del field will be shown in the header of payslip eventhough the company's value of the same field is marked with a 0 (means that it is not shown on the payslip).

Warning

If a certain field for the company level is marked as seen on the payslip, but at the same time it shouldn't be shown on a departmental payslip, then the value od Report field for the department must be set to "99".
