Microplanning

Microplanning shows the overview of planned employee work. It enables you to add absences, insert working hours and copy planned working hours between employees and between companies.
After selecting the database you can plan employee working hours on the selected database in the following way:

1. Calendar

By dragging the mouse pointer you can select the desired days of the month. Selected days are then shown on the right part of the screen, which is described in more details under topic 7. Review according to the entered Criteria.
2. Shifts and Absence
Shifts
Shown are the shifts set under Settings l Personnel l Time Terminal l Working Hours. A new shift can be added by clicking on the button
.

When planning, these shifts can be drag&dropped to the desired day for the employee.
Absence
Adding absences works in the same way as adding shifts. Drag&drop it to the desired day for the employee.

3. Criteria

Fields are:

Fill in Calendar button can be used to fill in the working hours based on the chosen criteria. |

Copy Plan between Employees button. If one or several employees need to have the same plan, then we can plan work for one employee and then copy the plan to others. |

Select a department or leave empty to view for all departments |

Select a job or leave empty to view for all jobs |

Select a superior or leave empty to view for all superiors |
Cost Center |
Select a cost center or leave empty to show for all cost centers |

Select a category entry type or leave empty to view for all |

Select calendar ID or leave empty to show for all |

Select the shift or leave empty to show for all |
Date From / To |
Select the beginning and ending date you want to view |
Show only active employees |
If enabled, the search results are going to show planned working hours only for active employees |
Show only subordinate employees |
If enabled, the search results are going to show planned working hours only for the user's subordinate employees. |

4. Review according to the entered Criteria
On the calendar chosen dates are shown right of the listed employees.

There are multiple columns possible to see and the user can modify the column appereance on the screen:
