By selecting Process WO from a wizards menu in Process Work Order opens a window where you can enter an view lines of movement in work order and manufacturing time in work order realization.

Below are listed information processes which can be accessed via this window in order to carry out transactions in work order and monitor work order realization:

 

Material Issuance Gives explanation for transactions of materials issue or components from warehouses to work orders.
Input Completed Work Gives explanation for completed work as recorded in work orders.
Input Sub-Contracting Gives explanation for sub-contracting transactions.
Transfer Products to WO Gives explanation for transactions of product receiving from work orders to warehouses.
Close WO Gives explanation for procedure of how to close work orders.
WO Analysis Gives explanation of how to analyze data in work order realization process.

Below you can observe a window which opens by clicking Process WO in the wizards menu in Process Work Orders. It represents a starting point for carrying out transactions on work order as well as additional activity of monitoring work order realization.

 

Taskbar and Buttons of Main Section:

 

   Displays and you can subsequently print analyses of the current state of work order realization.
   Offers WO Work Preparation. After having change data in WO Work Preparation data in the window for processing are refreshed automatically. Due to such refresh mode, you can open window for preparation only in case you have not entered any data that needs to be confirmed in Process WO window. The WO Work Preparation function is disabled also when a work order is assigned status Z - Complete.

 

WO Work Preparation Ctrl + 1 - Call up the function by using a short cut Ctrl + 1.

Close WO Click it in order to close a work order if criteria are met.

 

Main Section

WO Displays an ID of work order.
Type Displays type of document from which a work order was made.
52931.gifReverse If checked, shows work orders that were reversed.
(Data) Displays date of reversal of work order. It can be observed only when the work order was reversed.
52932.gifMerged If checked, shows wok orders that were created based on merging WOs.
Order Displays ID of sales order from where a work order is being created.
  Displays date on which a work order was released.
Product Displays an ID of product in production.
Plus it displayed name of the product in production.
Status Select a status of work order.
Start Date Enter or select a start date for executing work order, that is, of executing the first operation.
End Date Enter or select an end date for executing work order, that is, of executing the last operation.
Priority Displays WO priority
Closed Enter or select a date on which a work order was closed and thus all transactions ended. It can be observed only when the work order is closed.
Item Type Enter or select an item type.
Primary Category Enter or select an ID of primary category of an item.
Secondary Category Enter or select an ID of secondary category of an item.
Planned Displays a planned product quantity in work order (to be created and transferred to warehouse).
Produced Displays a current product quantity transferred to warehouse.
U/M Displays a unit of measurements used for product.
52933.gifAll Lines If checked, all work order lines appear in overview (also the closed ones).

Note Enter any text as a note to work order.

 

Available Tabs:

 

Issue Here you can enter and view transactions of material issues from warehouses to WOs.
Input Completed Work Here you can enter and view completed work when carrying out WO operations.
Sub-Contracting Here you can enter and view sub-contracting.
Receiving Here you can enter and view transactions of material receiving from WO to warehouse.

 

Having checked Exclusive WO Processing records processed work orders and at the same time enables you to process a singe WO. In case the work order you want to create was already processed  an appropriate message is returned.
