You can set custom names for untitled variables (e.g. Del24 - untitled) in Administration Panel l Program Parameters l Personnel l Payroll | Custom Fields l Employee Files. The name you enter in Administration Panel is displayed in the Variables tree. |
ENTERING VARIABLES
You can enter variables that are listed under Program parameters item in the Custom Fields panel in Personnel l Employee Files l Position/Salary.

Reference variables from Custom Fields using #Del + two-digit consecutive field number#.
Let us assume that you would like to reference the field Premium Class in formula. To do this, enter variable #Del05# in formula.

Having checked Auto-Update Salary Calculation in Administration Panel l Program Parameters l Personnel | Payroll l General the variables of the last entered employment position from Employee Files | Position/Salary are considered in leave calculation. Otherwise the variables of the active employment position will be used (that is, an employment position checked as being active (Active) in Employee Files | Position/Salary). |
